We've only had the fan for about 5 days but it's been in use since we got it, almost non-stop, and we've had no issues with it... Yet. I doubt we will have any issues but of course only time will tell.For now though, we are well happy with our purchase. It seems good quality, and it does the job well. Nice and compact and out of the way too. Honestly can't fault it and depending how it goes, could even be one of my BEST BUYS of 2020.At this point, would certainly recommend. Oh, and super fast delivery is always a bonus!

Excellent tower fan, I "downgraded" from a dyson fan and this has been much better. Cools a room quicker and the sleep mode is great, it gives full power for 15-20 mins while you fall asleep and then switches to a lower mode soon after. Well worth the money!

This fan has been really useful during the hot weather.

Strange for a five star rating to be based on warmth for this "cooling" fan!It worked really well whilst I was sat in my dining room throughout the hot summer working from home and this gave a small bit of relief from the stuffy heat.Easy to put together and a nice black colour.

This fan is a lot nicer to have in the room then the common large white fans as they can be placed easily in a corner and out of the way. My only major disappointment with this fan is that the air coming out isn't very strong, i don't feel much of a difference between the 3 settings and even the highest setting is very weak. I am disappointed by it's performance. It isn't very loud, or no louder then any other fan.

Maybe I didn’t compare them fairly, but I felt like this fan cooled the room just as well as a Dyson fan I had borrowed, but for such a smaller cost. Blades are protected from cats (and maybe little hands? I’ll check..) and I don’t find it too noisy (although white noise has been good for our new baby so I may be biased).

Ordered two of these fans. One arrived in good condition and works well. Other one arrived with chunk missing and wires exposed. Repeatedly tried to obtain a refund and twice a mythical yodel collector supposedly came to collect it and missed it. Despite the item being left in the porch (maybe knocking on the door was a bridge too far). So take your chances as to whether you pay for a safe, worming fan or not
