Although I work hard to ensure high quality standards through multiple quality checks, I regrettably still come across missing and defective parts occasionally. Please contact us (we are the seller of the product on amazon) You may be surprised when you receive the replacement and found that it is a whole new kit. This is because we don't sell parts separately on Amazon and if we send you from China where our company is located in, it would be a very long time for you to wait. Just bought mine and I find it does take time to absorb . I have expanded into simple circuits as opposed to going on with the other experiments. Enough for me to start to learn the basics. I hope to try them all so that I can later go over them with my Grandchildren. I find very interesting equipment for learning at hBarsci,com. But these are additional learning tools.

Yes, We have the instruction in 6 languages including English, French, Germany, Spanish, Italian and Japanese. Although we only provide the English version of instruction on amazon.com, you can contact us at teenii@foxmail.com and we will send you the link to download the electronic version of the instruction in any other language.

Q: What age levels can this be used with?

This kit is more suitable for kids who 12-year-old and up because they already have some reading skill and the ability to better understand the scientific concept and definition. They are also at the age when they will learn knowledge about electricity at school. With this kit, they can enhance what they learned or study in advance. For younger kids, they should be under parents' supervision and guidance.
