I don't like having a fan nor do I need one but these little stands have helped elevate my laptop to a perfect working height and allows me to not have to purchase an unwanted fan for my laptop. Before using these, I did make sure the bottom of my laptop was completely clean and dry. I then stuck these on the bottom and turned my laptop around so that it would sit on these stands. I didn't open them right away, I did wait about 24 hours before actually opening the stand part of these. I did this just to make sure the sticky part was completely adhered to my laptop. The next day, I opened the stands and they have never once slipped since using these. When I'm done and if I want to lay my laptop down, I just snap the stands back in place. Even with the stands unsnapped, I still get a little lift but when they're standing up, I get a better lift and my laptop fan has a good amount of air flowing through underneath. A great alternative to having a fan.

Rocking these on my Thinkpad X1 Gen9 Carbon and my oh my are they just about perfect for it. So long as you can find places to park them without blocking air intake vents, these will provide an ergonomic "lift" for your wrists. At just below ten bucks, they're hard to beat. The other ones I explored looked as though they were lifting the laptop a bit too high for my taste.As others have pointed out, they don't have rubber feet. Not an issue for me as my Thinkpad already has tiny rubber feet closer to the touchpad that provide anti-skid.

I do like this!! It works very well with my keyboard and since I am writing 24/7 then this helps a lot to not have my wrist hurting. It only has one angle, so if that's what you are looking for then this ones for you 🙌
