Size and easy to clean
It was easy to install. Looks GREAT ,COOKS GREAT ONCE I FIGURED OUT THE SYMBOLS FOR EACH FUNCTION. A LITTLE PROBLEM WITH DELIVERY. JUST THE RIGHT SIZE ,NO NEED FOR A HUGE OVEN USING ALL THAT ELECTRICITY. LOVE MY AIR FRYER THAT MATCHES. BOTH HAVE KNOBS AND NO CLOCKS USING POWER 24\7.

Oven
Thought would be better with knobs, but doesn't lock at temps, just free spinning dials. Does not cook evenly like old oven. But price was half of the others. Usable.

Good for the price
I just got it 2 weeks ago install was easy you need a metal box for connection there is enough space for the box. It's better to leave a vent on the bottom and top. There is also fan that pushes hot air from the oven. When u use it first time put it on Max on top and bottom open the windows and stay away from the oven. First time when u use it paint burns off so maybe toxic don't know. My eyes where watering and Def can smell fumes heavily. Since it has fan to cool it off (stays on 10minuets after u turn off the oven)if it fails you daughter burning your cabinet or something else. I hope it has a security feature if fans stops working and outside shell gets very hot it turns off the oven. Glass on the door doesn't have edge to protect except top left and right corner of the door. So it's Def can break easier. All around you get what you pay for get the 3 year extended warranty

Does the Job
I ordered this oven after Lowes failed to deliver another oven twice, and then couldn’t get me a new delivery date. This oven was delivered as scheduled and in great condition. It was easy to install, but we did end up having to solder some of our house wiring to get all the components to work, but that was not the oven’s fault. The oven heats up quickly, is easy to use, bakes evenly, and looks great. It is quite the upgrade from the 40 year old oven that I had been using.

Customer service
I've cooked 40+ years in electric ovens. This oven climbs to temp slow but steady and holds a very constant temperature. Had issues emailing the company, but did get in touch with them. They had changed their email server and messages weren't getting thru. We have a tight kitchen, and steel cabinets. This unit it small enough to accommodate the opening with out cutting the steel cabinet. Straight forward and simple to install and use.March 2020 update - door gasket broke. I e-mail Gasland Chef, they responded the next business day. I sent them a pix of the gasket, and have received confirmation that a replacement is on the way. There customer service e-mailed and called me to give a status of the part. All products will have issues from time to time. What's important is getting in touch with the company and the service received after the sale. Their customer service has been very responsive, polite and professional.

Fantastic product and service team
This little oven packs a punch and works great for its smaller size. It’s fantastic for a starter or small living space home whether apartment or one bedroom house. I highly recommend it.

The Manual is worthless and misleading. Support personel were unfamiliar with the product
Now that we have the oven installed we like it alright for the price. Before ordering I located the manual on-line (the one enclosed with the oven is identical) and modified our cabinetry to fit the rough-in illustrations. The manual shows an opening behind for connection in an under counter installation and refers to a section on connection that does not exist in the manual. The actual port for connection is on top of the oven and the rough-in opening height does not allow room for the connection. When I emailed product support asking how the connection is to be made (hoping that the missing "Electrical Connection Options" part of the manual would be helpful they responded promptly and then insisted over multiple back and forths from 12/12-12/21 that the connection was on the back (misunderstanding the illustration in their own manual). I suggested that they have someone actually look at an oven. They consulted with their "engineers" and finally admitted that there is no connection on the back and that there is not adequate room in the illustrated cut-out for the connection. I suggested that they have someone familiar with the oven rewrite the manual but they gave no indication that they would do so. On 12/21 they offered to let me return the oven but my options for Christmas family dinner were dwindling so I Dremeled a hole in the back of the oven and did a non-code installation myself.

Very hard to install
This was the second one that I had ordered. The first one arrived damaged. Looked like a forklift tine had punctured the box and the back side of the oven. Return was very easy, just boxed it up and UPS came the next day and took it. The new oven arrived fine. It calls for a 22 x 23 inch opening. The problem is the oven that goes in the opening is 22.9 inches tall. The flexible metal cable holding the electric cord is about an inch tall and connects to the top of the oven. So you have approximately 24 inches in height going in a 23 inch opening. It took about 15 minutes getting it into the space having to press down hard on the center back because of the cable. I think we may have slightly dented the case, but it is in. Oven works well, just a nightmare getting it in the opening. Also the channel at the bottom front was to narrow to fit over the cabinet frame. It should have dropped down about 3/8 of an inch but doesn't so there is a 1/4 inch space between the top the the frame and the bottom of the oven. Other than installation it is a nice looking oven that seems to work well.
