Warning these are NOT compatible as described!
I bought these as a replacement for the Mont Blanc Rollerball refill as shown in the comparison picture in their product description, for use in the Mont Blanc M, until I am able to get around to buying an official refill. However, when I tried to fit the refill, it ended up getting stuck in the pen because on closer inspection when you put them side by side you will see they are not, in fact, the same, and that they differ slightly in crucial areas enough so that they are entirely useless and risk damaging the pen! AVOID!!!

These refills don't work!
The refills were very disappointing. Terrible ink flow, I then put them in warm water as suggested and now they don't work at all. Avoid this brand.
