Would Not Charge
Pretty straight forward product to use but mine does not seem to work. Tried to recharge 6 volt golf cart battery that was not even a year old. I have 8 of them. Left it on for three days and still had a red light on indicating that it was still charging after the three days. Now it's to late to return even though it has a 2 year warranty. I've had a few battery chargers and know how to use them so I'm not sure what the issue is? Now I have to find an other charger but not this one.

Work great and the long output cord is a big plus
Worked great right out of the box. The long 12 volt output cord is a BIG advantage,as it allows me to keepthe battery charger secured inside a storage locker while it keeps the motorcycle battery charged with the motorcycle parked outside the locker.

Works well but not for my situation
The smart charger was easy to hook up and with the plastic contact covers you can leave the leads attached for future charging. It's best used to keep a battery topped up. Unfortunately the smart part of the charger makes it useless for really low batteries. The batteries need to be more than just slightly charged for the charger to work. My battery would just barely turn over and start the car. The charger didn't recognize it as being properly hooked up and therefore wouldn't charge. This is common with "Smart" chargers. An old "dumb" charger brought my battery back without issue.

Does As Advertised
Using it for my collector car that is stored for the winter, nice long cord, very easy to use, just hook it up and plug it in.When I plugged it into the wall receptacle the light showed red showing the battery needed a charge, roughly 5 hours later switched to green. Very good value for the price.

Wrong poles !!
Very handy and useful tool, it charge the battery no problem but the busting cable part are assembled wrong (positive is black and negative is red in this item) ,I check everything and the red was connected to the positive onto the battery and black to the negative.. other than that is ok , I had a big spark and I could have damage my bike..
