Endlich eine Pfannenbeschichtung diea) kratzfestb) antihaftist.Die Pfanne eignet sich sehr gut zum Braten / Anbraten / Rösten wobei die Wärmeverteilung nicht ganz so gleichmäßig ist wie bei Pfannen mit dickerem Boden.Reinigung ohne viel 'geschrubbe' ebenfalls leicht möglich.
