I absolutely love this. Sorts my back pain out straight away. I use for 10 mins a night / when I feel the pain is back and it just goes right away and it’s so comfortable to lay on. The adjustments are easy to move and it’s very sturdy.

I'd seen a something on line similar and thought I'd buy this not expecting it to any good if I'm honest. However although uncomfortable at the start when I use it daily I feel so much better. I'd even say I'm taller although my friends laugh when I say that :)Either way I love it and get folks to have a go and they can't believe how it makes them feel.

Like many people, I've been working from home during covid and largely set at my desk, not moving a great deal.I started developing lower back pain and opted for this little gadget out of desperation to get the issue sorted.The base is a solid and well made plastic however the flexible back arch isn't so supportive. I found on the lowest setting it lost its safe and was more of a collapsed arch.I tried it on a higher setting to see if I could get more rigidity but the discomfort from the unnatural position wasn't tolerable for me.I tried to perceive with it but it just didn't offer the relief I needed, as such it didn't meet my expectations hence the star rating review.

cheap, flimsy, not very useful

It takes a few times to relax and get used to it once you feel relaxed on it it is fantastic

This product is advertised with a rubber, No rubber supplyed.. Its very Misleading. Not a happy customer..
