Dave McEnery has created a work book that will help entry level agents hit the ground running and high level performers beat their own records.I have been hearing about Dave for years and have actually met some of the agents who have worked for him..Many times an agent will go to work then bash their managers off work time..not so with Dave - I have yet to hear any negatives about him in fact ALL of his agents -ex and current - have nothing but great things to say about him which goes to show Dave walks the talk in this book.Another aspect of Dave's training I appreciate is the fact that he is using this method daily. He has not created a training program for the sake of a training program like Levitan. And unlike Levitan he has not created layers and layers of information just to create another reason for the same companies to buy more the next time around.Unlike other training programs whose owners may have worked twenty + years ago in the industry and come to their knowledge by other people's input, Dave's sales information applies to NOW - todays customers- and to getting results needed on a personal financial level.Compact, precise, to the point, one book, easy to read and easier to implement. Don't continue to be fooled by the big name training programs - get Dave's book - read it - study it - do it - and you will see results immediately.Update: 11.25.16 Bought two more copies to give to two different project directors for use in training their sales staff. This book is the best sales training investment I have ever made!!!
I can't put this book down! It is really a fantastic book, the concepts I am learning are sure to help me reach the top. The world of sales is a competitive one and the great knowledge, insight, techniques, advice, and attitude awareness concepts contained in this book is already giving me a big edge. For anyone interested in increasing their sales closes and techniques, and enhancing their attitude for guaranteed sales success should read this book. This is a powerful book and it can be applied to every kind of sales, Especially timeshare sales. It will help beginners get jump started in their career and it will give Master Closers a new spark to help them stay at the top. While reading this book I feel like I have a sales mentor helping me become a truly great salesman and elevating me to new heights. This book is the best sales training investment I have ever made and I would recommend it to everyone in sales!

Nice Supplement
This book is good, but could use more on the "how to" and "why" side. It offers great information, but be prepared to come up with methods to integrate it into your pitch. There are some real gems inside and I am glad I ordered it. I can't say I noticed an increase in sales, but it most certainly helped hone a few areas of my presentation.

BE THE BEST OF THE BEST
Dave McEnery has definitely hit the nail on the head with this book. He has brought the art of selling into the 21st century. His book is designed for everyone from the seasoned veteran to being brand new to the sales process. Many of his views are not limited to timeshare and can span throughout any sales field or life in general. When I first started no one would ever to be willing to share their golden nuggets or help the new guy. So THANK YOU for sharing all your secrets of years of experience in one book. If you are not on track this will get you back and if you are this will keep you on top. Starting off the new year with a whole new outlook after this read. I recommend if you are striving to be the best of the best, buy this book.

FINALLY! A HANDS ON STEP BY STEP TO SELLING CLOSING TIMESHARE
Wonderful and hands on step-by-step guide that shows you the behind the scenes "The Why" of every step of the process of selling and closing Timeshare. Second, it shows you the "How" to apply these steps and a description of what to say throughout each anc every step of the selling and closing. Very specific on each part of the process and how to close and say on every step. And the best part...It works in real life. Just Buy It.

Great read
This book is what most “trainers” base their training from, just more detail.Great read.

Rambling book of sales cliches. Material is unorganized.
This book is self-published, so it did not have the benefit of an editor. The result is an unorganized book of rambling cliches. The author fills the book with sales cliches such as "people don't care how much you know until they know how much you care." He will list several unrelated cliches in one paragraph. He put things in quotes and attributes them to fake people, such as Sharin Time and U.R. Good. Worse, he incorrectly attributes quotes to real people such as King Tut and Confucius (because you know those two have been on timeshare presentations).He tells you what you need to do, but doesn't tell you how to do it. For example, he says you need to sell the sizzle, not the steak (another sales cliche). But he doesn't go on to tell you how to do that or include any useful examples of selling the sizzle vs. the steak.Overall, this book was a waste of money. I found myself getting frustrated reading it because it is so unorganized and lacks valuable content. If you can find it used for less than $10, you might buy it. But it is definitely not worth $35. Spend your money on the Vacation Ownership Sales Training by Rita Bruegger or Heart and Sell by Shari Levitin instead. Both are excellent timeshare sales books.

Book was okay. Didn't get too much out of it. You can always get something out of any book so it did give me a few pointers. Just wasn't something I'll ever pick up and read again.
