This one is perfectly for germinate garlics just :I didn't know that it has to be aired during the process and leaves any place where it is placed impregnated with garlic.

This does not work.
I was super excited to get this machine and ran out to get the garlic. After leaving it on the 'default setting' @9 days it came out hard and crispy! So disappointed. So, I ran back out and got more garlic and set it on 6days. same issue. I am returning it! SIGH! A lot of wasted time, energy and garlic.
