Beautiful feature to our bedroom
The light is beautiful the remote is a great asset. I booked an electrician to fix the light Sadly when the the light was assembled one of the side crystals was broken! I let the two electricians continue to fix the light it is very heavy and you will need two people to fix the light!I have emailed Eperfect re the damaged crystal and saddle had no reply I didn’t want to send it back as it was almost fixed I would expect a replacement crystal at leastSo yes this is a great feature in our bedroom but after service not good

Noisy fan
The media could not be loaded.  This fan light looks great but only had just over one year and the fan has gone so loud we can’t use it anymore, so disappointed.

Great light and great customer care.
Gorgeous light! Silent motor on the fan.It looks lovely on our bedroom.We had a couple of issues but the company dealt with them straight away.Excellent customer service.made up with the outcome.

Bought 2 fans1 is ok, the other not working
The electrician was not available. After a few months got available. He connected one. That was ok, but the offer was defective. The return period was elapsed. I got aloss. I will contact other to buy 3 fans which I need for my house

Damaged and blew up fast
Bought this to add style to our living room as part of a house renovation. It arrived with broken crystals (still waiting for replacement) and 3 days after install the receiver blew up, neither fan nor light working now. Not had a reply from the customer service team yet on this (it has been 6 days!) and now I have to use a lamp as my main light in the living room. Could not be more disappointed.

This is the best fan
Bling, bling, bling...and fantastic air flow.Very bright light... Might consider a dimmer switch, but wow...so wonderful.
