I tried this and the competitor—NapUp. This is by far the winner in my book! Complete adjustability—the front piece has a velcro attachment and comes completely off—you can place it at angle angle you choose. The NapUp was far less adjustable and awkward. This product is a lifesaver. The fabric is unbelievably soft—the NapUp fabric was not very soft at all. And this costs half the price! Hands down the winner!

This helps so much with sleeping in car just wish it wasn’t Velcro. You either have to have 2 capable people in the car or you have to pull over and adjust it. I’ve now seen other models that have a push down head support. Which is definitely the way to go. All in all I like it and so does she. It does make them a little sweaty though but so does sleep in general.

Very soft. My daughter didn't notice the addition to her seat. It was a little tricky finding a position for the strap when awake. When she fell asleep I reached back and adjusted the straps. Sleeping soundly without headbutting her chest. Very pleased.

I wish I would have spent the extra money and purchase the product with the head band that is already attached that you are able to pull down if you child falls asleep while you are driving. This design is a cheap version and it will irritate you because you can not operate while driving which means you have to wait until you stop to apply the head band which leaves your child at risk with head dangling until you can stop. The purpose of the product is to prevent that. I'm not happy with product and I tried to return and they want me to pay for my own shipping to return the item which is crap. Do not purchase this you will not be happy trust me.

I almost purchased the expensive brand but found this one. It took me a few trys to get it attached right. I was going to return it UNTIL I figured it out! So glad I bought this. It holds his head up so much better than the band I was previously using. It's super velvety soft and nicely cushioned. He loves using it. I also love that the band come completely off so you can position it to what suits your child the best. Great product and highly recomend it. No need to by the $40 one when thisbine is just as good if not better!!

It Works!!!When my child falls asleep in the car I typically panic about the lack of head/neck support he's exposed to. I looked and tried other help products but I found this one works well and puts me at ease knowing his head is supported and not slumped over or bopping around.So the down side to this product is you still have to look in the rearview often due to the possibility that the strap can slip off or come undone or migrate to the mouth area if not securely affixed with the velcro ends to the soft fabric it's intended to grab to. It does have a breakaway feature since velcro is all thats being used. It fits comfortably across the forehead of the user.You have to place the soft comfortable headband to the sleeping child mid drive unless you put them in the car already asleep so theres that.... This feature is inconvenient but once child is asleep I do feel it's a good fit for us keeping the head and neck stable on long drives or driveway naps.The fabric is soft, stylish, washable and gets the job done. I do recommend this product with intermittent monitoring.

although I finally got this to work, there were no instructions on how to use it and putting it on my Britax convertible seat was difficult. The first time I used it, it just slipped off the sides of the head rest and became useless. Finally, I crisscrossed the straps behind the headrest and that held up well. My son actually doesn't mind wearing it when he's going to take a nap, but he also loves napping in the car.

Did not keep my son’s head up while sleeping. The product is soft and comfortable but just did not do the job.

I obviously can't comment much on the comfort as my 2 year old doesn't talk in great depth yet but he sometimes try to force his head out of it but that may be because he doesn't want to go to sleep. He knows it's something he puts on when it's time to nap as he often sleeps in his cat seat on the school run. We call it his crown. He lived it at first. I find if I out it tight over his eyes it's best as when you out it high on his head he can slip forward. It gives me ease of mind if his head is not flopping forward when I'm driving as I worry about his airway so I like this product.

I read someone else had a similar experience as I did with my 3 and half year old son. The head slips quite often as the strap is slipper or the straps to hold this item in the back are not enough. I guess if the straps in the back were sturdy and slip-proof, this would work wonderfully. I guess the seller/creator gives this a thought.

I returned these because if I had done my research properly I’d have seen that the restraining band on the top is velcro and not adjustable. So if my child falls asleep I’d have to stop the car, climb into the back, un velcro the band, (probably waking my child up in the process), then correctly position it. Sort of defeats the purpose. So no. Wouldn’t recommend.

This is a lovely soft item not all that easy to use on car seat even tho it can be tightened. Has to be placed over the eyes or the head still slips out im possibly not using it all that good but i wouldnt get another thats for sure

It doesn't do the job. My daughter's head slips under the head band every time she falls asleep. So disappointed.
