at least it did for me. When I visit Dr. Zhivago she always says , your sugar is getting higher, so my wife picked these up one day while looking for Tul pens. we just happened across it.Great product, works like a champ and Dr. Zhivago is now saying I am doing good while my numbers have trended lower the last two visits last year. Easy to take, wife says they are large like a horse pill, but not really.recommend. Thanks !

Hoped this would work for me!
I bought this as it was recomended by a friend. I use it 2 capsule a day, 1 with lunch and one with dinner. Not sure if it is helping but I will know more when I see my doctor. I am borderline type 2 diabetes and am trying to keep it from getting out of control. These capsules are relatively small and have no smell or taste. Other products like this cost a great deal more.

Pill is a capsul that's easy to swallow. Not made to relieve pain and has no flavor. I take this to help with my bloodsugar. I've ordered several bottles over the past 4 years. I do take a prescription called victoza for my pre-diabetes but I think this helps to keep my numbers in control. It's hard to not eat chocolate when you love it as much as I do. I think these pills help. I first heard about this from a nurse who said she and a lot of her nurse friends with diabetes take this.

They make a difference in Glucose reading
We’ve been taking supplement for couple years. We ran out. And seemed like thru that time his sugar readings climbed & couldn’t seem to get down in better place between 120-160 . Then dawned on me we’ve not been taking. Well now on week 4 sugar levels have and are improving.

Seems to be working!
The product arrived quickly. I had some higher blood sugar readings in the last year and so I did some research about natural ways to lower blood sugar and learned that cinnamon helps. I ordered this product based on the reviews and at my next test, I was in the normal range. Since I already got plenty of exercise and hadn't modified my diet much, it would appear this had a positive effect.
