Decent vegan chocolate
Difficult to find vegan ‘milk’ chocolate that doesn’t take like dark chocolate. Thank goodness for NoMo chocolate bars!!

I do love NomoI
I developed food allergies in adulthood and while I do enjoy dark chocolate, it is lovely to have the treat of something that tastes similar to the milk chocolate I loved as a kid. Nomo is my favourite dairy-free chocolate but I didn't think I'd enjoy this as I'm one of those people who never really gelled with salted caramel as a flavour; this is how I think salted caramel is meant to be done, subtly, adding just a little something that cuts through the sweetness without overwhelming.
