Nice flavour the powder is so fine that it can be prone to clumping, which can make mixing difficult.(mix ed in cold water). I prefer using half the recommended volume of water per scope is 250 ml as in my view the tast can be a little weak. Mainly lemon taste with a slight hint of mint. Come with a plastic measuring spoon. Resealable packaging. Nice refreshing drink with the added benefit of key electrolytes for hydration. I use when hiking or for a cool refreshing drink when the weather is hot.

Ok taste, I find it just a bit sweet if using the mix ratio shown on the bag. Overall it's ok.

I am not a gym or fitness man but i work in the sun a lot and i find this stuff stops me getting dehydrated. Lovely refreshing flavour. Great stuff

I really enjoy the KMC bars and gels, but I don't think this mix is for me. Mixed at the ratio given on the packet I find the flavour a bit overwhelming, and there's no discernable taste of mint to me - it just tastes a bit like a cold Lemsip. I actually think I'd prefer it if the flavours were reversed - a strong, refreshing mint flavour with a slight hind of citrus in the background. I love the way their mint bars seem to clear your airways and give any water you drink with them a refreshing flavour. I've tried reducing the amount of mix in the water and that has improved things, but then obviously you don't get the calories and electrolytes you're expecting. I'll stick to ordering more of their bars and gels, and hope that they release a mint mix, or maybe one with raspberry as the main flavour.
