Shimano... Always one of my Go To's
I always like Shimano drivetrains. I used this to upgrade a 1x11 setup to a wide range 12 speed setup without breaking the bank. This same derailleur came on some of my other bikes that I have purchased so I knew what to expect for performance. XT is lighter, but this Deore is functional and dependable.

Cheap - stripped b-tensioner threads
stripped b-tensioner threads on component, not screw, inside 2 years with less that 200 miles and very minimal adjustment.
