This certainly does work well - my arms and abs feel so much more toned after using it, along with a slight increase in strength. It really resembles a workout - my arms are tired after using it without having to put thought into exercising them. The pads stick to skin really well and peel off with very little residue or stickiness. If you've ever used a TENS machine it's the same sort of pad material. If they're kept clean with the provided cover they should last quite a while.It's powerful - you'd be surprised at how much power 2 AAA's could deliver!Using this for a few months as instructed - following the same training methods I had been adopting - including bench, rows, pulls etc - 3 times a week for approx 1hr at a time, combined with classic exercise - you should definitely notice an improvement!

This product is potentially dangerous; there is a human fatality warning at the start of the instructions. It is shocking, therefore, that the instructions themselves are in unintelligible and broken English to the point they can barely be followed or understood. Further, zero description is given about the “6 modes” or “10 intensities”, all of which are meant to shock your body in different ways. How can you use a product to electrically stimulate your muscles without any idea of what the stimulation is doing? This is a serious health hazards and I encourage everyone not to buy this product. I reported it to Amazon, and after initially being ignored and told to “just write a review”, I was assured it would be taken down. It hasn’t, unsurprisingly, because Amazon’s customer service proved yesterday they do not care about the safety of their customers and rather selling as many items as possible. It’s also funny that I’ve had to write this review 3 times now and it’s only just been published. Avoid this product and avoid Amazon.

Was OK for first couple of uses then lost stickiness and the power on one end of the abdomen pad

I bought this to give my abs a bit of a workout in between training. To be honest I didn’t have high expectations for it but I was pleasantly surprised. I wrap a waist trainer belt around my abdomen after attaching the device to keep it on and firmly attached so I can walk around and do chores. From level 4 and up, it provides a really powerful stimulation to keep my abs contracting underneath. This device is definitely worth it.

Speedy delivery bought as a gift

worked for a few days. then all of them just stopped working. would buy more expensive ones that actually work longer. will not burn any fat but will work out the muscleswould not buy this product as its cheap and will not work for more than a few days

This is a really cool little ab/arm stimulator. I don't find the ab stimulator as effective as the arm bands, but that's probably because I don't have a gut blocking the arm bands from working. They're really lightweight and pretty powerful (you'd be surprised how much of a jolt 2 AAA's can give you). Overall it's definitely worth for this money.

Product came neatly packaged and looked very high quality, I have started using it, it does not hurt me a lot. I am excited to see the results.Definitely it is a good purchase and value of money
