NuNature's date spreads and syrups are very, very good. I was a first-time buyer and did not know about date spreads or syrups. Upon arrival of the chocolate date spread, we found it delicious. Regular date spread and syrup came later and were wonderful as well. We deal with Type 2 diabetes here, so this is a most healthy alternative sweetener all on its own; no sugars of any kind added. We really like it spread on lefse, alone or with a bit of coconut oil and then rolled up and heated in the microwave. Yum! It certainly would be great as substitute sweetener for baked goods; the syrup would be great on pancakes. Also, the NuNature family packages their products securely and they arrived perfect and very quickly. I will certainly be ordering from them again.

I love chocolate… I have a sensitivity to some nuts and I cannot eat sugar so this is perfect for me to replace nut butters .I love the flavor and it spreads nice

I have been looking for clean products and have heard good things about this spread. It tastes good initially but has kind of a weird aftertaste. It is very smooth and easy to spread. If you are looking for a cleans sweet spread this one is a good one!

At first I'm thinking this is odd. I think it's an acquired taste. The more I eat it the more I like it. My toaster died but I decided to put it on my aldi 12 grain bread and it tastes really good. It helps when I'm dying for sugar.

I thought I was getting something that tasted like chocolate spread. This tastes like smashed up prunes. Texture is decent, flavor is meh. Good if you like dates I guess.

This date spread is delicious. I love dates to begin with, so the combo with chocolate, is just devine. Instead of reaching for a cookie or something bad, I just have a spoonful of this and it satisfies all the sweet cravings and I don't feel guilty about it. I will absolutely repurchase.
