Perfect addition to water

Several bottles in each tray (6\tray, 2 trays =12\box) had either frozen & thawed -- expanding & spilling out while freezing -- or improperly packed or stored or something, because it was a sticky mess inside of both boxes I received today. Since this item "isn't eligible" for a return, how do I go about getting a replacement, since that doesn't seem to be an option on its own? I've ordered other squeeze-juice products over the winter months without problems & this is unacceptable.

The product itself is good, I’ve bought at a grocery store before but over half the bottles were leaking and made a huge sticky mess. The product also seeped between the plastic bottles and the plastic sleeve making it impossible to keep clean or not attract bugs. Super disappointed. Brought the package in as soon as it arrived, just ordered yesterday and not extreme temperatures to cause freezing or expansion. Not eligible for return either so now stuck with this garbage.

The Nestea was sold out so I went with the Country Time instead but I find I have to use twice as much to get a decent amount of flavour. I do use a 710ml plastic bottle to drink it from but I also know I don't use that much when I am using the Nestea brand.

12 pack came packaged in two plastic holders in a cardboard box, no problem there. Problem is that every individual bottle was completely covered over and under the label, in what I assume was exploded iced tea flavoring from another batch. After opening 3 of them it appears it did not leak from this batch but was left to sit in a pile of liquid that crept up the label and they were tossed around in it.If this happened in a store, the whole group of them would be tossed out, nobody would buy water flavoring with sticky liquid covering every bottle.I Will not buy it again, will not recommend it.

Wife loves this stuff, I don't even know how many of these packs she's ordered over the years, but she hasn't tired of it as a way to add a little flavor to her water bottle without a ton of calories (outside her control).So 5 stars.
