This lead is really well made and does make for a more comfortable dog walk. Our little Border still trots along quite quickly, and this lead allows her some latitude when she pulls, and tries to chase squirrels etc! Control is easy, by way of the shorter handle. I like the rubber grip slides up and down for better height adjustment. As she is low to the ground, the adjustable lower handle is useful. On a larger dog that is taller, close walking would be easy. The elastic part of the lead is constructed in a way which I hope won’t get too slack quickly. A good lead for a very good price.

Really good quality for the price. I have two dogs and I Bought these to replace my flexi leads (too many tangles and long leash incidents) but I wanted something which had a tiny little bit of elasticity for those unexpected lunge moments! They’re probably too robust for my two dogs who are on the small to medium side but IMO they’re only on the end of the lead, I’m the one who has to hold it and be subjected to jolts when they dart for a squirrel!! So the elasticity, anti shock, robustness and comfort handle was a winner. Did not disappoint. Would recommend.

This is a good substantial lead and certainly helps when your dog suddenly pulls towards something. I would have preferred it to be shorter because it would then be easier to keep your dog walking to heel. However, I would recommend it if you have a dog that has a habit of suddenly pulling.

It is a very comfort lead to use, especially with the extra handle. It is not traumatic to the dog as just gives a tug when they pull, which seems very effective. The colour range is attractive. Very pleased with it and have recommended it to others.

My dog suffers with bad arthritis so the elasticated part of the lead prevents pulling on her neck and shoulder joints when she stops to sniff while out walking. Such a good design. I will definitely be buying again and wish I had found this years ago.

The lead looked very strong and safe until it unclipped off my dogs harness and he was running by a main road! The clasp just unhooked from the harness, it needs a safety buckle or something extra in case it unclips!

It was great to start with but when I left the house I found out it was unsafe as the clip kept coming undone and my dog was off the lead without me knowing about it
