Stopped working after 10 minutes
The solenoid 3v gas valve failed and the unit shut down after just 10 minutes. I could not get anyone to answer the phone 2:50 pm mountain time U.S.A. July 4th. I called support, no answer. The answering machine stopped before allowing me to leave a message. I ordered a valve on Amazon that might work but I wanted an exact replacement. The solenoid that comes in the unit takes 2 months to come from china. Suggestion, use a solenoid that is carried in stock on Amazon (there are a couple).

Great heater and customer service.
This water heater is great, I have put it through every test I could think of and it passed. Left the power switch on for a few days without propane, applied water pressure and propane and it worked. Leave water pressure on for a few weeks and it did not leak. I called the customer service number and talked with a gentleman that assembles them, he was able to answer my questions. I would buy this again if the need ever arises.

Not as advertised
I found this searching for RV water heaters. Received it, and the instructions were for a different model. Looked up the instructions for this model and found "not recommended for indoor use". Well, most RV water heaters are indoors, so I'm not sure what the point is advertising this where it cannot be used. Anyway, they were good about the refund, except made me pay for it. I'm not the one that advertised it incorrectly. Go figure . . .

Very good product even better customer service!
I did a lot of shopping around before choosing this ez 202 tankless water heater. I must say i am very happy to have decided on this one. the product is REALLY NICE looking. and performs amazingly. im very very happy with the product and its features. it runs great! i had spoken with customer service as i had a tiny defect in the plastic door on the front and they immediately shipped out a brand new replacement water heater to swap out. they were so helpful and really gave me confidence in the ez brand. i would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for this type of product. A+++++

wouldnt power on
product arrived without the top plate on it around the exhaust. the connections are flimsy. once i installed it and put the batteries in, nothing happened. the PCL screen would not come on. Not sure if the display or the board was faulty. Returned it and bought a rinnai.

Junk Product
bought this product twice - the first unit was defective - a year later I bought a second unit for our home it had the same problem as the first unit. Do not buy an EZ 202 tankless H W heater

Totally recommend!!!!
We installed it to our seasonal camper-- works fantastic- only hard part it getting use to adjusting water temp- very hot at times

Do not buy!
I would not recommend this product. I ran it for a half hour and it never got above 31 Celsius. Called support and the guy hung up on me half way through. Ran it again hoping it would work with the new regulator I bought but instead it caught fire. Look at the photo. I used it outdoors and operated it as per the instructions. Haven’t heard back from the seller.
