I thought this mat would be a little too thin to place under my weight bench, but the dimensions were perfect for the space, so I bought it anyway. The mat ended up being very high quality and perfect for my use. I mostly use dumbbells and the density of the mat is perfect for placing dumbbells down while protecting my hardwood floor. I would recommend going with a thicker mat if you work out with a barbell. The mat is very grippy and firm. It is not spongy like yoga mats. It stays in place very well. You can do high intensity workouts with shoes on without it moving. If you are into yoga, you might want to place a yoga mat on top of it for more cushion. The logo patch appears to be smaller now (4" x 4"). There doesn't seem to be any smell from it that I can notice. Although it is a little pricey, I'm happy with this purchase.

This mat is PERFECT for my workout space in my basement. I was limited in movements because my basement floor would have mats and yoga mats sliding. This mat is perfect for all movements, all weights, and makes it easy to do floor work without slamming down on a hard surface. It’s easy to clean and makes the workout space look even nicer.It even comes with a jump rope and a nice bag for storage if it needs to be put away. 12/10 would recommend for anyone needing to add to their at-home gym without breaking the bank.

I've had 2 of these in my home gym for a year and I'm about to get 2 more. No tears, no weakening in the cushion, no wear spots. Shoe scuffs wipe up easily if it gets bothersome (as you can see in the pic I'm unbothered...). There's little sliding. I like that I can wear shoes with them so I can work out safely with heavier weights. Worth the cost! I rarely leave reviews but I truly appreciated what a good product I got with these mats.

Love this for my toddler. Muffles foot traffic on second floor apartment quite well. The packaging was great. Love the carrying case and straps included. I now have two kids so this item is here to stay. Better than a rug. You can mop it/wipe it. Perfect for children and gyms.

Super happy with this exercise mat. It doesn’t slip on the floor like my old one, and it doesn’t have chemical smell. I didn’t have to air it out outside. Dog approves!

This mat is the perfect thickness and material for working out. I've worked out on it a few times and it doesn't budge with jumping movements. It is easy to wipe off sweat on the mat with the towel provided. The jumprope is a perfect length for me (I'm 5'10"). I watch workout videos on my TV and use this mat. I've been leaving it rolled out on my living room floor in front of the TV and just roll my rug back over it after I clean it. Prior to this, I was just using a yoga mat, but this is so much better because I don't have to worry about jumping off of it or it sliding around. It's a great mat, I highly recommend it!

For it to be an extra large is wasn't as big as I thought BUT it definitely covers everything I needed! Not as thick as I thought it would be but Its durable, no smell (which was the first thing I was checking for) and it was easy to unroll. It doesn't move, its pretty sticky so the mate doesn't slide AT ALL. I love it! I have wood floors so it cushions a lot so my floor doesn't mess up. Worth the buy! It came with a jump rope (which im not a fan of but I'll probably jump now since I got em ) and a sweat fiber towel great for wiping in-between workout breaks.
