I love probiotics, I would recommend to every female I know. I always have a bottle around the house. These pills are coated so they were easy to swallow. I have never found a small probiotic so I didn't think much of them being large pills. There was no funny smell to them either which can make it more difficult and no nasty belching. I find these pills get my body through traveling, long road trips and camping.
