I make lots of cakes and always use this product

This icing sugar from amazon is the worse icing sugar i have ever used, and trust me when I say I have used many brands.With a small home run business I make a lot of cakes and bakes, but when it comes to getting my job done at a fast pace during busy weeks, this icing sugar slows me down.I have to force the hard lumps through a sieve to turn it into a usable powder, which quite often results in small lumps pinging up into my eyes and ending up in the bin. Not suitable at all!!!Very disappointed!! Think I'll stick with "silver spoon" in the future which is by far easier to use. Tate & Lyle when will you come up with a method where this product is easier for use??

Bought this as I was in a pinch and it was on same day delivery, arrived at 5.30 and I was amazed. Usually I use silver spoon icing to make buttercream and the results are very good, however I felt that this was just that little bit finer and easier to mix to a good consistency. Impressed and I will buy again.

It’s proper Icing sugar

Arrived on time, cheap and everything seemed okay until I came to use it and majority of it is like brick. It obviously hadn’t been stored correctly.I will not be buying again. You’re better spending that bit more on other ones as you save so much time trying to sieve it.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Produkt. Leider wurde am Anfang das falsche Produkt geschickt, aber es wurde mir sofort nach Bekanntgabe des Versehens, das richtige geschicktPerfekt für Butterrosen und andern Dekorationen geeignet.

Bester Puderzucker den ich kenne. Gut für Glasuren und besonders lecker auf Waffeln. Gibt es hier in Deutschland leider nicht in dieser Qualität. Daher werde ich bei dieser Sorte bleiben.
