The media could not be loaded.  The floating gator head that had been in our pool for the past half-dozen years or so finally bit the dust. (It was hollow and large cracks developed that let water in every time it rained... and then it would sink!)This thing is solid (as best I can tell), so there is no “inside” to fill with water, and it’s way more lifelike than the float it replaced.It’ll be interesting to see how it holds up in the harsh Florida sun.

I love this gator. It floats and moves around my little pond perfectly, Looks very well made. It makes me laugh every time I look at it. I am going to see if it keeps the raccoons out of the pond and my fish!

I bought this product for entertainment at the campground, it is fabulous. I wrote a note on the bottom of it saying"if found please return to pond and watch the entertainment" tossed it in the swimming pond and have been laughing ever since...

the coloring was way off on the one I received. It is also very light weight and tips over easily, plan to attach a weight to the bottom.

If you care about your fish, do not buy this dangerous product. We ordered it and some motion lights to scare away the raccoons preying on our goldfish. After floating it for a moment, I noticed some flecks of styrofoam in the water. I pulled out the head and EEEWWW! My hand was covered in white paint! As this thing is sold expressly to float in ponds and ward off fish predators, cannot understand why the makers used a water soluble paint!

Love this gaiter! I purchased for my mother as a gift to keep the heron from eating the fish from her pond. So far it has worked great!

We bought this product to scare Ducks from our pool because we in the middle of remodeling it and the pool equipment is not functioning. The pool looks like a swamp because of it. Well as you can see, the ducks don't give a crap about the gator head. I will say this, I'll give it 2 stars just for looking awesome. I don't know who likes this product better, me or the ducks I'm trying to stave off?

Ally is the chief protector of the koi in my Florida pond. Egrets and herons eat tadpoles out of my backyard ponds, but thanks to Ally they stay away from the front yard pond. He's been on duty for a couple months, and so far hasn't lost a fish. Sometimes I let him float around, but mostly (as in this picture) he sits on top of a submerged rock so I can keep his jaws in full sight of any would-be fish stealer.
