Only issue I have is one of the prior owners must have drilled out the bolt in the frame as there were no threads and this just slipped through.

Not the correct threads
I have tried to get TO30 hood pivot bolts from Amazon, Ebay, Steiner, and yesterdaytractors parts suppliers and have found that all the bolts are not threaded for American or metric threads. They must have been made in China and that is why they don't supply the NUTS to go with them. Buy at you own risk.
