Memories for My Grandchild (Cloth Bound, Deluxe Edition)

Gifted to my mother in law to let her know we were expecting our first baby (her first grandchild). She understood almost immediately and cried in joy. She loves writing in it for our little one who is now 7 weeks old. I'm very excited for our child to get these letters from grandma too, such a wonderful keepsake.Book quality seemed really nice. Less sure on prompts/pages since it was a gift.

Very lovely book. It is for "Grandchild" so can be given to man or woman. Wide range of topics. Fabric cover ups the quality. I ordered 3 different books and this is the one I'm ordering for my mother-in-law so we all have a history of her life. Think I may even get one and have an ask-and-answer with my 91 year old day so we can have his history!

Writing and sharing my story is fun. I hope that the family will cherish and add to it for future generations of our family to read.

Sadly, I realized it won't work for the gift I intended. But if you're looking for a keepsake book for a grandparent to tell their grandchild about their life, get this one. It's gorgeous, high quality cover and pages. Tons of questions, both about what life was like back in the day and the grandparent's thoughts and advice. Questions about the family, growing up, becoming a parent, family spirituality, life back in the day, etc.

This made a very good gift for first time grandparents.

My parents are about to retire so I wanted to give them something that they would look forward to doing during that time. We live far away, so I also wanted them to be able to share memories with my kids. They loved the book and are excited to start writing! The book itself was good quality. Simple and aesthetically pleasing.

I wanted to get something that my girlfriend could gift to her new granddaughter one day. It's a beautiful book to record information about you, and the things that are important to you so she can learn more about you. It's a beautiful keepsake. Would also be a beautiful gift to give to your child's grandmother so she can share her thoughts, etc. with your child/children one day.

My grandma who is the matriarch of our large family turned 82 this year, so I gifted her this "homework" birthday present this year...lol. It really is a beautifully done prompt book. I'm very excited to read all the things that never came up or the little things I never thought to ask my grandmother. It would be an honor to discover and document her life, memories, regrets and thoughts and wishes in her own words and by her own pen and in her own time. It's really something i will cherish when she's gone and hopefully I'll be able to collect other little unknowns for my family to treasure. I'll definitely be making copies for everyone...my grandmothers homework that is...

It looks really nice, the questions inside are really nice, such a lovely idea and will create something my children can keep forever.

This was a great Christmas gift for my boyfriends aunt. She enjoyed it. It is a great way to tell your story and it gets saved in a book so you don’t forget.

This product is very satisfactory. Hopefully our 3 grandchildren will enjoy reading the cover to cover questions of our past that we answered, someday in the future.
