Easy to install
Great product! Easy to use and it really works! The new threads went right in as designed and the tool used to install the threads twisted right out after the new threads were installed. Highly recommend this product!

Anchor replacement on batwing
This product was easy to use. In the installation video it said to remove your batwing, but that’s not necessary. I was able to use it all through the hole in the bat wing and get the anchor to screw in. Very easy installation.

One thing to consider
These are great! But I ended up using a drill bit to widen the holes. I tried direct placement and it split the plastic. After using a drill bit, they went in with ease and enough tension to stay in forever. Some say if you take your time bla bla bla. It didn’t work for me. These are bigger than the holes. So, don’t risk splitting the opening. Use a drill bit to widen and you’ll be happy!

Poor quality brass fittings
I bought these for my 2011 Ultra Limited. I extracted the old fittings and cleaned out the opening prior to insertion. I even went as far to lightly heat the area prior to so the plastic would not crack. I went through 4 of the fittings on one hole breaking them all due to the poor quality of the brass itself. The last one took, but busted off half way through and barley has enough thread to hold. I am sure I will be replacing that down the road.

Just what I needed
His is a great unit, easy install and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I read a bunch of reviews that say it cracked the fairing so I’ll pass on a hack, use a bolt and jam nut, once you jam the nut you’re able to work the piece in back and forth a little at a time just like taping a new hole. I went in a turn took it out, blew out the cut plastic and repeated. Went in no troubles and the jam nut acts a a hard stop so it sit flush. Cheap and easy fix. Didn’t even use the supplies tool as I used a cap screw bolt and Allen key. Bolt and ratchet would be just as good, use what you got
