Nitro Maximum Distance Golf Ball (12-Pack)

I'm a mid-handicap golfer who plays through the winter rain and ice - so I needed an inexpensive ball that's easy to find in poor conditions, without compromising too much on quality.At less than £1 a ball I was a bit sceptical, but pleasantly surprised. I used these for an 18 hole competition on a very soggy course where nearly every shot was plugging, making it hard to find your ball even in the closely mown areas. .Being orange these could be more easily spotted in the mud and wet grass, saving me on numerous occasions. There is some compromise in terms of distance compared to my usual more expensive balls (and even with other more expensive orange / red balls), but not a lot - and frankly hitting an extra 20 yards and not finding a ball is no advantage.I found I got true and straight flight when I made good contact and these were very nice on and around the green. My short game didn't suffer at all.As a balance between price and usability, these are probably now my go-to winter balls.

It's a value product that performs well.Ideal for a casual golfer.The brightness is good visibility on the course.The packaging is simple but does the jobThe softness around greens isn't great as more a distance ball.It's perfect for beginners.

Great for beginners so new players are not spending a fortune when they loose them.

Now that we are approaching winter golf these balls are what you need if there is any snow or frost on the ground as they are so visible.Great value for money, and the ball quality is good. I like the colour

Good price and easy to find but still lose plenty s a beginner. As good as any other in flight.

Cheap balls ok for winter but seem to spin a lot off the tea , so difficult to drive successfully.
