Awesome Book!
I am fairly new at fermenting things and this book is so simple to follow. It has a ton of amazing recipes. The kimchi is delicious! The book is beautiful and I would highly recommend that anyone looking to get started with any mind of fermentation get this book!

Beautiful looking but impossible.
This book is gorgeous to look at ... until you look at the ingredients which are difficult to come across unless you live where Holly does or you are are proper posh and loaded. Please don't bother! Sending it back is becoming a nightmare. I wish I had taken note of the people who had written a review such as mine.

Fermenting Heaven
I am just starting my fermentation journey. This is an excellent book and i cannot wait to start trying out the wide expanse of recipe. This is a must have for anyone want to ferment food.
