The media could not be loaded.  The packaging is very beautiful. The speed of mailing is very fast. It has many kinds of color changes and 3 levels of adjustment. You only need to add a few drops of essential oil. It can work all day long. It is very comfortable for sleep. It will make a sound of water flow when running.which can make me fall asleep quickly. It does not need cotton stick to operate like other products. so the consumption of replacing cotton stick is no needed.

Love the fact that this has such a large capacity for liquid that I don’t have to fill it frequently. It can run all day and night for a day and a half without refilling. The only thing I would recommend is the instructions didn’t tell us how much essential oil to put in with the distilled water. That would’ve been helpful.

Bought in November and by May, it stopped working. I don't see an option for an exchange or refund. I do have two other diffusers I bought on Amazon over 4 years ago that still work, so this is disappointing.

This is not a good product. It often stops working despite using distilled water. Think I’m going to return it.
