Sennheiser CX 150BT Wireless Headphones with Necklet, White

This was the 3rd set of these headphones I have bought however 7 months later I noticed output in one channel is down. Was directed to send to Sennheiser direct and went through their returns/repair process and sent them off for action. I paid the postage. That was 2 weeks ago and despite emails to Sennheiser I have not received any responses from them or any indication what action they have or will take. Awful customer service.If they are working they are great. If they go faulty be prepared for frustration and disappointment on the customer service front.

Headphones refuse to charge and will not power on.Sound quality was average & the rear band is overly heavy for running.

This is prob one of the worse wireless earphones eve, I have bought 2 pairs and they stopped working after a month of using them. Waste of money stay away from this product. Without mentioning it always lose blu tooth connection

dopo 6 mesi dall'acquisto, chiedo il reso perche l auricolare destra non funziona piû. ritornato pertanto con la confezione originale il prodotto. il centro amazon mi risponde che ho restituito degli auricolari non originali e mi hanno addebitato il prezzo. ho chiesto quindi di spedirmi il prodotto dal loro centro, ma mai ricevuto. Purtroppo, sembra che non é la prima volta che capita. ad una mia amica, spedito un pc portatile e loro dicono di avere ricevuto un cellulare.AGGIORNAMENTO : dopo la mia mail per chiedere indietro che cuffie altrimenti denuncia alla finanza, amazon mi ha fatto il rimborso

Fa més d'un any que els tinc.Totalment satisfet: magnífica qualitat de so, el nivell de so té un màxim força alt (sóc una mica sord i necessito força volum), la bateria dura el que diu la casa; els faig servir al gimnàs, tracte un pèl rude i de moment cap problema.Totalment aconsellables.

Bra ljud och taltid, generellt så upplevs de bra men det finns ett stort problem med designen. Det är nämligen ojämn vikt på höder och vänster sida så om man låter de hänga runt halsen utan att ha de i öronen så kommer man definitivt att tappa dessa då de ständigt glider ner på ena sidan väldigt fort och obemärkt.

Battery life only 1.5-2 hours against claim of 10 hours. Requested Amazon for replacement. Replaced earphone had defective left ear bud ( constant irritating noise while using and even on standby mode ). Amazon refunded.But the 😊quality of sound is soo good, re ordered again. Received a defect free product finally.The ear plugs are so soft, I sleep while listening to audiobooks and there is no discomfort even if earplugs stay in ears. Thanks Amazon for full suportIncidentally have one more CX150BT purchased by family member. So it's now 2 in the family.Would like to purchase a third one as standby too. Lol

I chose this product for several reasons. Most important was a mike/controller that hung low enough to be below my bike helmet so I could talk while wearing a helmet. I also wanted to use a blue tooth connection on both phone and laptop.
