I really enjoy using this Ab roller and push up metals. Light weight, good quality product. It has a bag you can put the stuff in when not using. I found that Ab wheel is really effective for burning fat and giving a tone on your ab. I recommend.

The ab roller textured wheel allows better stability and control on tiled and hardwood floors. More control during pullback without a spring back action. The jump rope is adjustable for height within the handle with easy length adjustment. This is a pretty good buy because it is all in one.you will get ab wheel roller which is sturdy and works really good.Two push up bars and a jumping rope.Get fit while you stay at home.It comes with a small pads for you knee when youre doing the ab wheel roller which makes it awesome! It is very handy as well.Highly recommended.

First off, I only bought this for the ab roller. Everything else was just extra (pushup assist bars and jump-rope.)A basic ab roller is usually about 20-35 dollars itself. This one seems to be a good starting place. I followed the instructions and they didn't seem to make complete sense until I forced the wheels down really hard to connect them. There are two wheels instead of a single wide wheel, which I'm not sure is the best design yet. The wheels are also somewhat smoother than the rubberized wheels you'll see on other ab rollers. The ab roller bars themselves are comfortable to hold onto and the whole thing does a nice smooth movement when you roll forward. I think I'd prefer rubberized wheels, though.The pushup assist kit is comfy on the hands too. I didn't ever think to buy something like that on its own so it's cool to have. Haven't tested the jump rope.The whole thing comes with a canvas bag, which remarkably (maybe just me !) fits all the pieces. Really practical. I think the kit is a good starting point considering how much it comes with.
