Seller's customer service performed admirably
This product works best if you can apply it directly to the insect. Applicator provides you with an adequate range to dispense the insectcide, but spraying the insect when it is at rest is recommended. You'll waste a good bit of product if you try to target the insect when in flight (do not try this when it is windy). It does not seem to work as effectively if it is applied topically to a surface (e.g., borough holes) instead of the insect itself. It must be applied to the insect to work.My original shipment only contained two of the three cans. The seller responded immediately and corrected the situation to my satisfaction.

Eventually worked
Years ago, I had carpenter bees in my garage rafters. Due to the bee's nests, a winter snowstorm overloaded the roof, and it collapsed. So, when I noticed a sentry carpenter bee floating near my front porch, I became concerned. I bought this spray that states on the can, "Kills on Contact!" because other products did not work in my garage. I saw a bee go into its hole, and I sprayed directly into the hole with the narrow tube applicator. The foam poured out of the hole, and so did two bees. Both of the bees had trouble flying until they shook off the foam. They flew around the nest hole for twenty minutes before flying away. They were back the next day to continue digging their nest. I sprayed again with similar results. The third time was the charm. There were no dead bees near the nest entrance, but they have not been back for over a week. The foam does not kill on contact, but it works better than all of the previous products that I tried.

Great for the Yellow Jackets
We have a lot of Yellow Jackets in South Carolina. When you find the nest, just put the straw in the nozzle and smoke ‘em out!. Use in the morning or evening when the nest is fullest. Keep spraying until one comes back and wants to sting you. Then leave it until the morning and collapse it in. No mess. Problem solved!
