Loved how softly it took off my makeup with just water. Black ones just don’t get as dirty. Love them

I had recently purchased the same pack in white and thought they are amazing so thought I’d get some in black too but unfortunately they are not of the same quality. It seems that there is something solid inside the pads and they are not very soft or flexible and make it difficult to clean your face which is the sole purpose.If you haven’t yet bought any definitely go for the white ones!

I originally posted a question about them being too ridged and can’t amend that question with an update.I thought they were a waste of money and was going to throw them away but gave them a last chance and now I’m going to buy more!I use them not as described though, not that they don’t work as intended, I just prefer it that way.I add misceller gel to two of them and rub together and hold on each eye for a bit, then swipe a couple of times and it seems to do the trick! I follow with a single cotton pad to get the inner corners etc (I know, but one is better than several).I love these now, so soft on my really delicate eyes.The slightest thing normally gives me a rash, but these are nice and soft.Really happy to have persevered :)

These are fantastic! I can remove all my makeup without using a cleansing product and they don’t irritate my sensitive skin. They remove waterproof mascara just fine. I prefer not to use them for lipstick, which I soak off in Vaseline and remove with cotton wipes instead. Easy to wash. I use mine for 2-3 days, giving a final rinse with very hot water and natural soap each night, then putting in the machine after that. Great for travel, though you do need to be able to dry them as like any cloth they get shifty if they dry slowly.

I was very excited to try these but ultimately was disappointed for two reasons - they did not get rid of all of my makeup and irritated the skin around my eyes. I ended up having to use make-up remover just to get them to work; without make-up remover they're just as effective as using your hands to rub the make-up away. But on top of this, rubbing with them caused irritation to my skin. My skin is not sensitive and I usually do not get irritations, so I can only imagine that someone with sensitive skin may really have trouble with these.Overall, I just don't think they're worth the price.

The pads do what they are supposed to do - take off the make up with only water. No rubbing is needed - for heavier makeup you might want to just keep the damp pad on the spot for few second and carefully wipe off. Easy to clean - soap and water is enough, so clean them more often. Don’t add conditioner if you want to wash them in the washing machine - the fibers become less effective.
