Filled base with sand and water which means it doesn't move too much. Good trainer for those wanting to practice ground strokes, just secure the ball well as it will come loose if hit too hard!

Filled it with water (as per instructions). The item isn’t that heavy when filled but I think it still does the work as it doesn’t move around but the balls are awful! The string keeps getting in the way and it’s impossible to play…

Purchased for my granddaughter aged 6 The item was much smaller and less sturdy. cannot hit it hard the base leaves the ground. suitable only for a child but still had to have extra weight to keep it stable. I used it and the basemoved across the lawn with meant the ball did not bounce back. A complete wast of money and very disappointing.

Wary of concepts that sound good on paper but in practice fail, but this self play actually works very well. Once you get the hang of it it performs great. Slightly frustrated with the hook and elasticated string coming apart at times during play, but rectified easily.Shipping was prompt, and equally any subsequent communication with the seller (Limato team) has been fantastic.

Package arrived on time, however missing the steel hook shown in the picture. Filled with water and tried a few shots, the base is not heavy enough and moves. Might try with sand later and let you know, however not very impressed with the built of the product.
