I love the Davy Jones theme, but this plays too little of the song, and just seems to stop before the melody stops. It is a bit dissappointing

The media could not be loaded.  Let me start off by saying I never post reviews on Amazon. I just got my music box in this evening and let me just say the packaging for this item was incredible!! It really was an experience opening it up with the cute wrapping paper, ribbon and cardboard box. The box itself is well crafted and is smooth and solid. The song doesn’t play for that long but it’s a small box so it makes sense. This was an important purchase for me since I used to watch POTC with my grandfather when I was a kid, and he passed quite a long time ago. Listening to the song brought back a lot for me and I would definitely recommend this item. Really good for the price too.

Item was bought for my grandsons 6th birthday, cuz every Pirate needs some Davy Jones music! He was THRILLED! He shook with excitement when opening and listening to! Huge smiles all around! Very nice craftsmanship! Sounds perfect!! We are immensely pleased!

I got the musical note rosewood box and it shocked me how well it’s made. The packaging and box is quite beautiful, and the inside designs are so intricate and shiny.I didn’t expect it to play the entire melody but it plays the main part and loops, it never ends abruptly. The sound is quite beautiful and it stops if you close it, then starts again if you open it.I bought this as a gift for my pirates of the Caribbean obsessed brother, but I’m thinking about buying another for myself.

It does not play the entire song, but it is still pretty to listen to it. I thought that the music box itself would be heavier than what it was. It is cherry wood in color, but is not heavy like wood at all. It is a good cheaper-end music box for something simple.

Very simple looking box, goes by the pictures very well. The music is very pleasant and if you crank it enough, it can go for about 3-5 minutes.

A very nice little music box. It doesn't stop when closed like some music boxes, but the tune is accurate and it's worth the price.
