I like this product because it gives you lots of energy, and it taste great. I use it 20 minutes before my workout and during the workout it gives me an amazing pump.

I am a big fan of this Kill IT pre-workout. I have used a lot of different brands, and this one is the only one that seems to be consistent and does not stop working. I have seen other great brands with 5 stars and they stop working before I get to the end of it. I guess my body gets used to it.. For some reason, this works every time and I am on my 3rd jar. Now that Rich is no longer running the company, I sure hope they keep the quality up.

I have tried several of the pre workouts from 5% and have never been disappointed. Each one has been great, I used this one as an everyday pre work out for short work outs and it does a great job of helping you get energized up with out having to burn a lot off. It also delivers a great pump and taste! Definitely a great value for the money! If your looking for something with no jitteriness, but has the strength to help you push through a work out this is a solid choice!

I have bought 5% for years. I received this clumpy. Seems moisture got inside of it. I tried to exchange it and it says nonreturnable. If they do not make this right then I will never buy 5% nutrition again.

I have been using pre workout for about a year so I'm not an expert by any means. That being said, I have Tried a new pre workout almost every month and this is it (including 5150). I'm done searching.It has the perfect blend of everything. Gives you energy and focus, but not so much get your skin crawls (I felt my lips tingle so a minute or two). The workout was great and the "pump" was incredible. I didn't realize my arms could look that big. The reps kept coming as well.Also, I workout at night. Took it at about 8:30pm, was sleeping by 11pm. No problems.

An unbiased opinion on Kill It from a Rich Piana fan.Taste: 7/10 - Blue Raspberry is not bad, I like the fact is it not overwhelmingly sweet like C4.Energy: 6/10 - Despite having 250mg caffeine, I didn't get much from this and this is after cycling off pre-workout for about 3 weeks.Focus: 7/10 - Good focus from this product, just make sure to take it on an empty stomach.Pump: 9/10 - I get a pretty insane pump while using the product.Cost: 5/10 - Expensive, not sure if I will purchase again.In all honesty, this is a decent product if you are looking for a good pump without crazy stims. Too many stims can restrict blood flow to muscles and this product has the right amount to give you a boost in energy without blocking the pump and without giving you the shakes. If you have been using pre-workout for a while, I don't expect you will get much from this energy wise. I still think this is better than C4, but you can get 60 servings of C4 (if you shop around) for the same price only getting 30 servings here. Ultimately it comes down to individual preference, give it a try.
