Best way to keep yourself hydrated during a trailIs to have water hand and this provides a perfect way to do this.

I was a bit concerned at some of the negative reviews so tested as soon as it arrived. 1. Valve doesn't work? New design compared to previous ones I've had but, I just followed the instructions, gently bite and suck, works fine. 2. Leaks? Tested, actually stronger than some others I've had in the past, seems are double 'welded' and seems sturdier than other I've had, filler lid fits well and connection to tube seems sound, no signs of leaks. 3. Waist band only fits up to 34"? Straps are adjustable and out of interest, extended them and measured at 46", that even fits my gut! 4. Stitching and straps failing? Admittedly, I will only be using for long walks, not running or anything too energetic but, I've had a few bags over the years and the stitching on this seems as sound as any I've had or currently have, (3 different sizes for different walks and conditions). This will do fine for when I do summer walks and don't need to carry a lot of gear, just water. The bladder will also fit nicely in my other bags when I need more stuff, waterproofs, extra food etc. Easier than multiple water bottles in multiple pockets. Think this will be a good buy.

Great for walking. It's got me up Snowdon and Mow Cop so far. Can fit a good 2.5l of water and an ok packed lunch. Side pockets good for an extra bottle of juice. The water tube takes some biting at first to flow properly but after a bit I got it going ok. There is a clip for the water pip but it seems a bit awkward to me and isn't really in the best location. Fine for hiking but not sure how well it would hold up to cross country runs or bike rides.

Handy and once you get to grips with the cleaning of the bladder its an ideal item.

Used it ~ 20 times up to now? For running and hiking. It's comfy, works pretty well and hasn't faltered.The bag can be a bit of a pain in the arse to take out and refill but not too much bother

Good vfm, plenty of room in the bag, little side pockets also. Camelbak is probably better, but for the money this is great for those of us who don't need a hydration system that often.
