I use to loveee this, until it started taking forever to just turn on. I tried to contact seller, never heard anything back. Once the steamer gets going, it’s good for about 23 to 25 mins and then a loud little alarm thing goes off to tell you more water lol but it’s annoying in the middle of a facial because you have to wait until the cup that holds the water to cool down to touch it. Then it takes forever for the steam to start blowing through. I swear I have to click the on and off button about 5 diff times (maybe a minute apart) just to start seeing the steam. It’s became very annoying to use.

Very flawed unit. This steamer worked great for several months, then just stopped working. I took it apart hoping to replace the coil. The unit is not assembled with the idea of service in mind, and the wires literally burned off of the coil connectors! And the coil is molded into the unit so not replaceable. I would not purchase again.

Hi all, I did a lot of reviewing of products like this and have been so worried about buying it because of the bad reviews or not enough reviews. But it was a really good price point.You see, my old counter facial steamer was not tall enough to face me directly and when propped up, it's too tall and misses my face. Later it started to spit water at me while steaming my face and I'd get burned from it.So after fighting with myself about whether to buy or not, I decided to buy it. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and felt so relieved to receive a working product! Thank goodness! To, me, this is a legit facial steamer. I love it SO much!

The media could not be loaded. When i first got the steamer, i was confused on how to work it due to there being an EXACT amount of water you have to put in there in order for it to work. Do not go past the red line!

I bought and 1st doesn’t work but then I talk to the seller and he resend me another one which works.Thank you so much. It was fast replacement.

Do not buy this product. It broke two months after I bought it. I didn't even get my money I invested in it. It's ridiculous!!

I finally open it after a year. I know It was a long while but it shouldn’t matter. I tired using it and it never sprayed anything out. All it did was get hot. No stream. Do not buy read all reviews
