A novelty item for your desk. Not really much I can say about this item - it has bought some smiles to the office!I seem to fill it with general desk rubbish every day, so it is also useful.

I always thought the Desktop Skip was another name for the Office Dance until I discovered this novel and amusing item for storing small stuff that accumulates on your desktop. The "Desktop Skip" is a single container - not to be confused with the "Skip Tidy" which is a similar item with containing dividers. It's made of a fairly brittle plastic but is robust enough as long as you use it for it's intended purpose and might even survive falling or being knocked off a desk once or twice.Sizewize it's smaller than described as the product dimensions listed are actually for the box it's packaged in rather than the skip itself so it's 18.6 cm length becomes 17.5 cm and I'm going to need something else to keep my several glasses cases in. It's still fine for small and essential items that would otherwise just be strewn about my work area and like as not get hidden under other things. I'm getting organised now, I can find my ID card; keys and mobile quickly and easily - if only I could remember where I'd left my glasses...oh they're on my head.

Low quality item, not enough camouflage pattern and held on with cable ties. Not fit for purpose. It did however arrive on time so it gets a second star. If you want a real net for outside do not buy this, might work for dressing a set on a low budget channel 5 film otherwise pretty poor. Have sent back ( obviously).

I do not have a bin anywhere near my desk at work, so I bought this for my desk. It's brilliant for keeping my bits of rubbish in, for me to then empty at the end of the day!It's a great size for all the screwed up post-it notes and bits of paper I don't need :DOverall, I'd recommend this to those who are in the same/similar situation to me!
