I can't tell you about the light spectrum or anything else because the base of these bulbs I bought to replace some Phillips CFLs was six sided and large compared to the Phillips which is square and smaller. The combination of the large, sextangular base made it impossible to fit into the receeded light fixtures in my ceiling.Also, the one bulb I pulled from its box rattled inside like burnt out bulbs sometimes do.

Very dim when you initially turn on the light, once the bulb warms up, it gets brighter. Wish I would have bought a different kind.

Doesn't seem to be of high quality. This is a triple tube CFL light bulb. Just replaced the second one and it instantly has 2 out of 3 tubes dead. I am not sure about the rest of the 8 (out of 10) will perform. But at current 50% failure rate, I am disappointed. Even for the first one I replaced, I am not sure if it is going to last long enough. I just moved into a brand new home and it came with this kind of CFL ceiling light bulbs. Within first year, I already replaced two dead ones.

Been about 2 months and I've had no issues with them. These are about $3 a pop compared to $11 at home depot. Base fit perfectly - it does take a little to get really bright, but it gets REALLY bright. I've actually had to mix these with the more yellow ones since having all six be super white is way too bright for me. Nevertheless, these were a great value and much better than picking them up at Home Depot. Price is great and they work perfectly.

The best part of this bulb is the white color and the brightness. Ours was changed last year and all of sudden, they all seem to go bad around the same time. We had to change about 8 so far and it's the hardest thing to change these type of bulbs. It takes forever to take out the old bulb because the design flaw. It's not a simple screw on and off. My husband made a make shift tool that helps him wiggle out the old light bulb but still it takes a while and all the toxic white stuff falls on him when he is taking out the old bulb. It's one of the worse designs in this place. however, since the house already came with these, we had to use these as replacements. We are hoping that this one will last. I will update if it doesn't last long.

Comes out to just over $3 per bulb, which is a great price. The local home improvement stores around my house do not even sell these bulbs in 26 watts. They have 35 watts and up and they cost over $7 a bulb. Too soon to tell how long these bulbs will last but I bought them for my kitchen so it will be used regularly.Note: These bulbs gives off a soft white color so be mindful of this when making a purchase. A lot of new homes uses amber-colored bulbs so this will NOT match, color-wise.

Less than half the price of buying single units locally (maybe a third the cost).So far so good, though I've only used one, and only for a weekReplacing a Philips - first of nine in kitchen to die after eight years.Good light output. Brighter than the Philips its replacing.Whiter than the Philips its replacing. Makes the others look pink (they always looked pink to me.Start up quicker than the Philips it is replacing.I like it enough better that I may replace them all now, rather than waiting for the Philips to die off, one at a time.

Order was received on time, no issues from seller, very happy overall. However, the bulbs are not a good match for my house because the pre-existing bulbs go to full brightness within 3 seconds of power-on but these bulbs go to full brightness about 10 seconds after power-on. Also, these bulbs generate a very white light, I would compare it to fluorescent white. This is fine for some applications but it was not my intention to get it so white since my other pre- existing lights are warm colored. This is my own issue , not blaming the seller or the product, but it is worth pointing out in case it is important to you. Finally, I don't know why the bulb companies make the -1 , -2 and -3 versions of the bulb but these marks mean a particular mechanical key that prevents them from being interchanged. For instance, I went to Lowes and bought the -2 not knowing what it meant, but the result is it didn't fit my application because the mechanical key is different (the key is essentially a plastic feature that fits in a particular way). I didn't find any -3 at my local Lowes so I am glad I was able to find them here. Thanks!!
