Great Customer Service
Updated Review: WOW! This company exceeded my expectations when we had a damaged piece when we opened the package. Not only did they respond within 24hours they shipped a whole new bed without making us go through any hassle to return the old one. Very pleased. When we put the bed together it looked great, and did not have any poor quality pieces. Very happy with this purchase. The footboard of the bed was crack when we received it. Will update review with how easy it was to replace. Very sad about this.

Good product for the price
This is a nice bed for kids room. It was easy to assemble. Even to screw in the nails that did not have predrilled holes was pretty easy. The box it arrived in was heavier than expected. Good product for the price.

Cute bed; Good price
I needed a quick and cheap solution for 2 of my daughters sleeping space and this adorable bed fit that need perfectly. It was delivered in about a week. I am pleased with the quality of the bed for the price even though some peices were missing predrilled holes which made it a bit more challenging as I was worried the wood would crack but overall easy to assemble and sturdy bed. Trundle rolls in and out easily on tile floor. I chose an 8 inch "bed in a box" type of foam mattress for the top bed and trundle bed, which fit very well and seem to be plenty comfortable.

Love this bed!!
My daughter loves this bed!! She easily pulls the trundle bed out often to ply with toys! Super easy to use and put away!

Not entirely impressed
I guess you get what you pay for. The wood in this bed was coming apart on a lot of areas so it's easy to get splinters or snag a blanket on it and there are spots that were missing paint so all you see is the brown wood.

Nice bed frame for the price!
Bought for my grandaughter's bedroom. She loves it! Easy to assemble just a bit tedious, time-wise! The only complain I have is all the exposed screw heads on headboard and footrest. A little unsightly...They should supply those little white plastic caps to cover them. Just adding those would've earned this item a 5-stars...
