Gas keeps going out when you turn it down to cook at a lower heat.

Very cheap bbq for the money. The main grill shelf can easily move and fall whilst cooking when trying to turn items when cooking. The top cantilever shelf doesn’t hold together so is unusable (I have tried to complain about this and have sent photos via they’re actual website and had no reply other than to say they can’t open the pictures I send!). When food oil and fat drips it easily sets on fire at the bottom of the bbq, so clearly doesn’t drain away properly, when cooking so have to be very careful when opening the lid or you’ll have no eyebrows. If you’re tempted with this bbq then my advice would be to keep looking and pay more for something better. The cover that came with it has already started to fall apart and again is very cheap quality.There are plus sides like easy to build etc but all that is pointless when you’ve built it and you have to fight with the shelves when cooking and left disappointed with the hassle of trying to cook on it with dodgy shelving and the potential of loosing your food as it falls off and you go hungry.I wish I had spent an extra £50-100 for a more well know brand of BBQs

Bought this BBQ to replace a Gas BBQ that we bought from Tesco we had used for 3 years. This BBQ was relatively easy to assemble and the instructions were clear. Once assembled we noticed two faults/flaws with the design.1) The Grill provided doesn't sit properly above the gas burns, meaning then when cooking the Grill would slide and partly fall into the BBQ.2) The hood of the BBQ wouldn't close correctly and left a gap when shut. This meant we had to adjust the brackets ourselves to get the Hood to close without leaving a Gap.While it is possible to cook on this BBQ, while carefully balancing the Grill above the burners. I think it will only last us one summer until we replace it next year. Overall disappointed with this purchase due to the quality of the BBQ

i am over 80yrs old , bought this product for my son he invited me over for a barbicue while he was cooking he informed me there was no side burner ?? i had not realized this as i had not unpacked it .but delivered it to my son.on inspection states in amazon advertising INCLUDING ASIDE BURNER ?? When my son queried the cost he was shocked at what i had paid . i have been advised to request agreed cost of refund in the first instance . i am very unhappy as i have dealt with AMAZON for a long time hopefully this can be resolved quicly.

I am very surprised this has 5 stars! It is very flimsy and light and the grill doesn't fit properly and so falls into the burners when cooking! The back grill falls as the length isn't long enough to remain firm in the holes..., so you can't use it.It took so long to put together I don't have the energy to dismantle it and send it back so going to have to persevere!

This is a very poor product. For a start it takes a good while to put it together, everything is in tiny pieces. There is no hose or regulator, good job I saved the one off my old bbq. When you finally get it working, the burners work intermittently and only the back half gets hot enough to cook. Also when you close the lid the cooling tray presses down on the food. Then if you try and brush the cooking tray it slides off the supports. Total waste of money.

This finally turned up after 2wks.I wished it hadn’t as it’s the biggest pile of rubbish for just under £200.PLEASE PLEASE DONT BUY THIS.Save your money.Its so flimsy it would fall to bits in a good wind.The final nail in the coffin is the grill keeps falling in on top of the burners.Unfortunatly we are the vulnerable and self isolating so we cannot send this back.
