I like that it has the elastic straps and was fairly easy to put on. My chair matches all of dimensions in the listing but, it is a bit small and therefore, looks a little off. The pictures show it going all the way down the leg rest but it barely goes past the seat. Overall, it is a good purchase for the price but still a little disappointing with the size difference. The seams on the seat don't go down into the crack, they are visible on the seat. Also, the elastic around the back is a bit loose, which is ironic considering the fact it is small everywhere else. I used safety pins to secure the back a little tighter.

It serves the purpose! Of course would have expected to cover more of the recliners. But it does what is expected out of it - cover the cracked up leather underneath!The trick is to securethe elastic bands into the frame of the chair / recliner.. this helps to keep the cover in its place..spending a few dollars actually saved us from disposing the recliners and buying new ones!!This will definitely work for a couple of years :)Haven't tested the water resistance.. dropped a few water drops and they seeped in.. but if you wipe it off immediately, it would be good..

The product description is inaccurate. All three (chair, love seat and sofa) say they have side pockets. Only the sofa does. I saw other people complained about the same thing but the wrong information is still on Amazon page.If you have a narrow back chair the straps are way too big and useless. I had to tack back 70% of the straps so they weren’t hanging down useless and ugly. The chair cover is narrower (side to side) in seat than specified.The love seat straps also have the same strap issues. I might just cut them off both pieces of furniture because they are ugly and useless.The sofa was fine because it is one long adjustable strap. The side pockets are too high on the arm.The instructions were the same picture and diagrams for all furniture (the chair one) but the installation on all three are a little different.Fabric looks strong and very comfortable. But honestly with the ugly useless straps on chair and love seat I may just return them. I don’t like the idea of cutting off straps to make the product do what it was supposed to do.I probably would have chosen a different product had I known about these deficiencies

I am giving this a 1 star review because it's absolutely terrible. I purchased the couch one which worked out great but this chair one is like a scrap piece of fabric sewn together for a chair that in no way is close to being the right size to even fit the chair. I am very disappointed in this product. I have a puppy and children so I had planned on buying multiples to help keep the furniture clean and easy to wash germs off ect. I liked how I could just throw the couch one into the washing machine. So I was going to purchase more of them but being the chair one was so horrible I'm looking else where because I'd like them to match. This chair cover would seriously be fitting to maybe a small kitchen table chair... 🤦🏻‍♀️

The pictures shown and dimensions of the recliner that can be covered are inaccurate. I’ve bought similar covers in the past that I was happy with but these ones are disappointing and look terrible. They’re semi waterproof, but what good will that do if the cover doesn’t cover anything? I’ve included a picture showing the true width of the product. Approx 17in. It’s also weird the arm covers are longer than the seat part. I’m returning these.

Recently got my father a lift chair that is faux leather. It felt like you could slide right out and on to the floor. This cover is perfect for our needs. It stays in place, he says it is comfortable, and most of all it keeps him from falling out of his chair. It looks good. The color is brown\beige and is exactly what we were looking for.I can't speak of durability as we haven't had it long and we haven't tested for water resistance.

My mom has been wanting/needing a cover for her recliner for a while. The one that was on it was old and always needing fixed. The back of It was always falling off. We have looked at a bunch of covers that have secure straps. But they all have the metal clasp that even warn you that they open and snap back and possibly hit you. Which of course my mom was afraid of that. Then I saw this on Amazon and not only does it have secure bands with out metal clasp. But it matched perfect. Got it in two days in very nice zipper p packaging. But also it was not wrinkled up looking like it had been in that packaging for years. Best of all is it is extremely easy to install on the chair and stays put! Don't know about water resistant yet. Nothing has been spilled on it or any accidents yet. But it looks like it is water resistant. Thanks so much for a much wanted product.

This was a disappointing recliner cover. The fabric is fine, but the cover is weirdly proportioned. Though the recliner it was purchased for is small, this was too narrow in the back and seat, too long flaps for the arms, and not long enough for the footrest. To keep recliner protected from shoes, it should reach to the bottom. Only the back strap was useful, the others not helpful.

No sé por qué los que opinan no son claros. No sirven para un reclinable/reposet. Para un sillón fijo seguro sí. Al reclinar el sillón se descompone toda la funda, no cubre totalmente el brazo.... y al enderezar el sillón queda una maraña de cubierta encima que habría que estar arreglando en cada ocasión para que luzca bien. Buena idea pero realmente un engaño, al menos para reclinables (en mi opinión).

Pas assez large.J’ai acheté cela pour éviter d’entrer en contact avec le cuir directement.L'image est trompeuse. Elle montre un tissu assez large pour couvrir la largeur d'un fauteuil... on est loin de ça. La largeur est de 45,75 cm/18 pouces. Les épaules dépassent et dès que vous écartez les jambes vous entrez en contact avec le fauteuil.

Fit is smaller than expected and slides around on seat. Rear straps are vertical rather than horizontal so can not secure to back of recliner. Overall is ok but would buy another brand next time

The quality of the product is absolutely pathetic. Just no value for the price being asked. I have returned the product.

Based on the measurements, I had to order the next one up in order to fit. The first one I got was too small, but the measurements were based on what was given.
