Initially this watch seemed ok upon first couple of uses.However the time seems to jump back an hour each time my son uses it for his golf!I emailed them to ask if it would be possible to get a different charging cable as the one that came with it..pings off really easily, even when the phone is sitting flat on table away from anything else.Most annoying.The response I got is below.Please type your reply above this line -##Hello Claire,Thank you for contacting TrueToSource Customer Care. Great product very accurate

Used the watch for the first time yesterday,accuracy was good,battery life was excellent,the best thing is that the read out is large which is fantastic for us older golfers with dodgy eyesight!! My only gripe is that the charger connection is very fiddly the watch has to be finely balanced for the connector to stay connected!!

It does what it is supposed to do but will not make you a better player overall.
