The first set of plants were delayed in the post and unfortunately didn’t all survive after I planted them. I contacted the supplier and explained that only 2 had survived and sent photos.They couldn’t have been more helpful and supportive, particularly compared to many other suppliers I’ve had to deal with on Amazon. Honestly they are one of the best!A full set of replacements were sent and arrived in good time so that they are still healthy and thriving!So please, if you are not satisfied with your order, reach out to them first before leaving negative comments and give them a chance to resolve any issue because I have found them nothing other than delightful!!Five stars for everything from me!!!I will definitely be a returning customer and will recommend this supplier to everyone!

The package I received were not Basil plants, they look more like small vegetable plants although not sure what they are. I’ve grown Basil before and at this stage they should actually smell like Basil, there is no smell at all, very dissatisfied for such an expensive product however, I will grow them on and add a photograph to this review when I discover what they actually are !! I will not use this company again, very poor

All but for one plug arrived in a good condition the sixth plant at end of the row had been killed in transit somewhere as it had lost the stem and the leaves apart from this the rest of the plug were good health and in a fair condition.

Despite my tender care all of my plants died - in my greenhouse . Don’t buy this !

Seedlings planted into small pots filled with potting compost. Watered, plants took straight away, and after hardening off was able to transplant outside within a few days.

Nice, sturdy little plants, arrived very promptly, and well-packaged. Very reasonable price, too.Would certainly use again. Thank you.

These are small seedling plants , put in plastic container and delivered in a plastic package, these was damaged , soil and plants broken everywhere when opened..expensive and very disappointed. Not recommended.
