We recently went to Disney World and Sea World. Although we had beautiful weather, the temperatures were in the high 80s and low 90s in the shade and the humidity miserable. We all wore our neck fans. These fans kept us cool in the lines, eating our lunch and walking around. We ran them on high most of the day and the battery life kept the fans going for over 8 hours. We did turn them off once we were on the ride to save energy. When I came back I bought more of them. We have used them for outdoor cookouts, going on our walks, and "hot flashes". This is a great gift for any occasions. The arms of the fan can be bent so you are able to bend it around the rail in a stroller to keep you child cool. As I was leaving Disney, I gave my fan to a woman sitting on the ground with her asleep child in her lap. The fan was easily adjustable to take one of the blades and blow it on the child and one of the blades to blow on the mom. We will definately take these with us whenever we visit other places.

First of all, this device does work well! My daughters play travel softball, and we are always at the park for 10-15 hours in the heat, and this fan does help keep you cool. However, be prepared to be made fun of due to the look of this thing. It is rather bulky, and the looks you get from people might be enough to make you keep it in the car.As for the operation, it does have some powerful fans, and has multiple speed settings with allow you to get more/less wind movement (and also greatly affect battery life). One thing I noticed is that it seems to lose it's charge while not in use. I charged it completely a few days before a tournament, and took it off the charge on a Wednesday. It didn't get used until Saturday, and it only lasted about 1 hour before being completely dead. It may have been something I did wrong, so I'll have to keep monitoring it as I use it more often.

This came in very handy at a recent music festival I went to. The wind force(?) is suitable and it’s not a wimpy breeze. My only issue is that it’s prone to accidentally being turned on when you pack it away, in which case it uses up the battery so there’s less battery life for when you want to use it. Even so, I didn’t have any issues with the battery dying on me before the end of the day.

You get what you pay for I guess. More of a gag gift than something you would use everyday.. Their ok if your wearing them while you sitting down or driving something. Otherwise they are always falling or in the way. You can feel the air if your inside a building or vehicle. Otherwise you can't really feel the airflow in an outside environment.

I originally bought for myself and my family loved them that I purchased for them. Everything works great they keep you cool. Love the 3 speeds. My only disappointment was I ordered all 3 colors and got just white. They are gifts for family so they could keep track of who's who. I would've waited for the colors I ordered if that was the case. But it is what it is I guess and wasn't given the opportunity. But I'd purchase again because the product itself is great for the heat.
