If you are trying to decide whether you should buy it - do it!! You will love it
This is a great product. I did A LOT of research before landing on this vibration plate. I am loving the product and really like that it has a lifetime warranty. I love how you can switch it to different modes and that it has the 3 different vibrations to choose from. You can use one individually or combine them. Very well built. I definitely notice that my heart rate is increased by doing my workout on the plate. I also took a lot of time to compare between 3 different Lifepro plates. I am so glad that I went with the 4d Rumblex plus. The extra cost was worth it. It has a nice wide platform so you can easily do squats and other exercises. And the wrist remote is so convenient! Highly recommend this vibration plate!

Such a fun way to begin working out after a long hiatus.
Everyone in my family is using this! So I bought a massage gun and have been using it from my neck to my heels and mostly everywhere in between. I used it for about 45 minutes every day, because I have a lot of joint, muscle and nerve pain. I've been using this vibration plate for 3 days now, and today I used it for 10 minutes and my left leg still kind of hurt so I brought out my massage gun and I really noticed that (besides my left calf and ankle) my body didn't enjoy the massage gun as much as it usually does. Meaning, it didn't need the full 45 minutes to feel better with the massage gun. I'm not a profess at writing reviews, but what I mean to say is that I think the vibration plate is helping with my nerve and muscle pain and it will lead to less need from the massage gun. It's fun. My kid is a toe walker and has stiff calves and she is enjoying this machine (at a lower vibration, of course) and my husband has circulation issues and he is enjoying it too. It did make him very itchy while on it and I looked at chatgpt and it said it can affect histamine or something like that, but as soon as he stepped off the itchiness went away. It's just really interesting to see this one machine work in different ways for 3 people. I am definitely excited to see more long term results. It is large, so if you do buy it, make a specific place for it, would be my advice, but also somewhere that will motivate you to use it every day. I was wondering if it would be affected by being put on the carpet, but as long as it's short haired or however you call it, it seems to be just fine. We didn't even start with the mat underneath. It seems to be of really good quality and it comes with a bunch of stuff and a great booklet that gives you ideas of how to workout with it. There's also several videos on YouTube to walk you through a workout on these types of machine. The first day, I did feel a little sea sick but that went away quickly and I haven't had any issues after that. The only slight issue, which wasn't really one, but if I stop in the middle of a workout, I have to pause, turn it off and turn it back on to start another session which really isn't an issue and I haven't tried the bracelet or really felt the need to, but if you like that sort of thing than im sure it will be a plus.

So far, so good. I hope it stays that way.
Reading just the good reviews, this seemed like a winner. Reading the bad reviews made this a leap of faith to pull the trigger. Iโm currently glad I did. Letโs see how long that lasts. To speak to some of the problems in the bad reviews: 1) Bad remote range. Yeah, this is just the battery needing to be replaced. That happens to all remotes with a battery that is almost dead. My remote works perfectly fine. The range is fine. 2) It stops working after a while. I have two theories on this. 2a) When pushing the power cable into the machine, the area with the cable port didnโt feel solid. It had a lot of give to it and felt flimsy, which to be fair is weird that that one area felt that way because the rest of the machine seems solid AF. Iโm afraid that pulling the power cable in and out of the machine every day will eventually lead to some form of internal loose connection. So Iโm always going to leave the cable plugged in to the machine. But that presents a problem because with the power cable plugged in, you canโt really use the wheels to tilt it up and roll it around. So Iโll just have to pick it up and move it without using the wheels. 2b) Another thing that could lead to internal loose connections would be, you know, the vibrations. So Iโm always going to use it on the mat they provided, and since that mat is pretty minimal all of that is going on top of my regular thick exercise mat, instead of leaving it on my hard garage floor. Hopefully that will help. Weโll see. Now regarding the benefits. Iโm already pretty fit/flexible/yada, yada, yada. I bought this to see if it would help with recovery and tightness and maybe it would help lymphatic stuff and improve general health. I noticed three things IMMEDIATELY after the first night of using it. I should note that since Iโm already pretty fit, I just used the 4d max vibration pattern and the highest speed level right out of the gate. I canโt remember if I did 5 minutes the first night or 10. But now I only do 5 minutes at a time because after that my brain says โThatโs enough. Do something elseโ. Anyways, here are the three things: 1) Iโve had pretty constant tightness in the middle of my upper back. Constantly felt like I needed to arch my back and pull my elbows/shoulders back or turn side to side to crack my back to relieve the tightness temporarily. THATโS GONE! AFTER THE FIRST NIGHT! And itโs stayed gone for three days now. Coincidence? Maybe. But all three of these being coincidences at the same time is hard to believe. 2) I used to stay asleep all night. Something changed recently. Iโve been waking up in the middle of the night for a while finding it hard to fall back asleep. After the first night, I didnโt wake up till the morning. The other nights since then have also been much better. I did wake up, but only very briefly and could fall back asleep easily. I have an Apple Watch, so I can track these sleep metrics with the Pillow app or Appleโs built in sleep tracker. 3) This one is more subjective, but I think my knees feel better than usual. All in all, I think it was worth the experiment and Iโm glad I chose the machine I did. YMMV. Weโll see what other benefits I might realize. Weโll see if the machine stands the test of time.

Don't bother buying open box used.
I borrowed one of these in the past and really liked it. Just purchased one that was returned, "like new" but it was not- it was damaged and not working. Everyone knows Amazon tracks your returns to decide if they deem you a chronic returner- so I don't want to buy used anymore because getting broken stuff can still count against you as a return. Other than that it's a good product that I believe helps the vagus nerve and you will feel more relaxed and less stress. Lifepro states theres a lifetime warranty so that is helpful and I look forward to buying my next one brand new, as soon as my refund clears.

Day 2- feeling energized! And it really is pretty silent!
I'd always wanted a vibe plate... but I thought they must be very expensive. I was surprised that (on black Friday) I could get one for well under $300... and with free delivery! It arrived at my rural location in less than a week, even though Amazon initially said it would take about 2 weeks... nice surprise! It arrived in perfect condition in the manufacturer's box. I unpackaged and plugged it in. I almost missed the mat that came with it as it was sandwiched between a big piece of cardboard and the inner packaging material. Phew! rescued that and put it under the plate and I'm ready to rock and roll! I know it says "silent operation"... but I figured that was marketing puffery and it would be moderately noisy... but I was wrong! It really is so close to silent I can't believe it! I will concede I've got a concrete floor with horse stall mats on it, and the Rumblex included mat underneath. It might be different on a different type of foundation or second floor, but if that's the case it's not the machine making the noise! It has a great motion and strong motors... and a Lifetime Warranty! Who does that? It's easy to turn on. I've watched a couple YouTube videos on its operation which were helpful and easier to understand (for me at least) than the manual. I'm no expert on vibration plates so I'm not the person to make much comment here. I'm a 61 yo female. Though I'm significantly over weight I am reasonably healthy and do some kind of activity daily. Hiking, indoor rowing, treadmill or resistance training. I also use my rebounder 10 minutes daily. Other than my weight I am not trying to address any real health issue. With that preface I will say that I'm enjoying the shake-up this vibration plate gives me. It's only been a couple days, but it makes me feel energized. My legs feel tingly, my head feels awake and, this will sound crazy, my eyes see better! So far so good, I haven't gotten my hubby on it yet, but I'm looking forward to seeing if it helps him with his systemic inflammation and pain, esp in his shoulder. I'll update if I have anything to report from that. So far am very happy with no regrets and think this was well worth the price.

Helps move blocked lymph
I bought this LifePro Rumblex plate about a month and a half ago and have been using it daily to help with lymphatic drainage and I'm very pleased with the results. Pain in my feet has dropped about 80% due to better flow now. Very sturdy piece of equipment that also comes with great customer service. Highly recommend!

Changed my disabled life
I was diagnosed with severe arthritis probably 6 years ago and told it was only going to get worse. Which it did for a few years and then I decided that was going to try everything in my power to improve my lot in life. Eventually I bought this. First a day on it I was in agony and on the least vibraty, lowest setting only made it 3 minutes. I wondered if I had made a mistake, a very large and heavy mistake. But a day later, I felt better. I could move better, had less pain in general. I got on it again, still only making it about 4 minutes. When my body felt better, I tried again, eventually making it the full 10 minutes on the easiest setting. I moved up to all three vibrations for 10 minutes on the easiest setting. While I still cannot walk without aid, I am no longer in pain from just sitting. I can move my leg more freely and even stretch it out (not possible before). I can go for 10 minutes easily on several settings. My legs feel better and stronger every time I get on it. I can feel it trying to settle my entire back. I can stand on it without aid while it vibrates (not possible before). I can't speak for anyone but myself, but this is gold. I feel better than I have in years and feel like I am going to continue to improve. The lack of pain is worth everything to me. Your mileage may vary. Know yourself. Pros: It has several different settings, both style and intensity and you can work your way up to whatever you can work with. You can stand on it, you can sit on it, you can do pushups on it, you can do planks on it, you can do knee bends on it. It is big enough and strong enough for a large person and size 13 shoes (I had a volunteer try it) Quiet. Really, really quiet. Remote control and controls on the surface. I hate it when I lose my remote and can't use something. Nice surface. I can use shoes or not. Cons: The remote control. Great to have it, you need one, but it has this weird slap bracelet band on it. Not my style. Also not user friendly in design, but you get used to it. Neither pro nor con but a thing: You have to step up to get on it (duh). When I first got on it, it was hard for me to step up on. Not any longer, but it's a thing if you are as broken as I was. Heavy. Like figure out where you want it and never move it again heavy depending on who you are. Nice to have something to hold on to if you are, again, as broken as I was. Mine is right next to a rail. Bottom line, to each their own, but I wish someone had told me this could help me sooner. I blew my D away when she saw how fast I can move now, even on crutches. And I'm not in constant pain or needing to be on pain killers. I'd buy this again in a heartbeat.

High quality already seeing results after less than a week!
Update I have now been using daily for over a month and have great results cellulite reduction lost a few pounds and just overall firmer and better balance. Leg cramps are rare now instead of a daily issue. Iโm so happy that I chose this vibration plate. Iโve used a less expensive version and this one is definitely worth the price. Iโm using it daily and often twice a day. Not exceeding the recommended 20 minutes total per day. I practice yoga every morning and I am able to do several poses on this plate. The size is great the multiple choices for vibration and intensity and the programs you can select keep it fresh. My muscles were sore the first day after adding it to my usual yoga routine. Iโm already seeing results in less than a week. My jeans are getting baggy and my circulation is better. Iโm 62 years old and have exercised most of my life. I was skeptical about these vibration machines but my dil purchased this one in December and absolutely loves the results and quality of this machine. The lifetime warranty tells you itโs a quality product. Buy it and use it and you will love it!

110 volts
Itโs a nice machine. Note that it operates at 110V so you need a sufficiently powerful converter.

Customer Care with gratitude
I am compelled and obliged to update a previous review. My initial purchase stopped working, I contacted Lifepro about the warranty. After some red tape procedure a new machine was provided. My sincere appreciation to customer service team at Life Pro and Amazon Assistant for a satisfactory conclusion. The machine was in use 5 days per week for 10 minutes per day, the initial machine operated for approx 20 months trouble free. I value and perceive the machines contribution to providing trouble free movement in legs and back. Therefore I highly recommend potential buyers respectively. In conclusion thankyou to LP (attention Jae), for providing confidence in customer satisfaction.

Returned item
One of the wheels arrived out of place. The device displays '88' on the screen when switched on. And none of the buttons work. So had to return due to faulty operation.

Worth the hype?
Iโve seen this product on my feed for a while and thought it was just another gimmick. I pulled the trigger on a Black Friday sale and got it for $100 off! It is heavy duty! Made well. Itโs quiet! I bought it for lymphatic drainage and joint support. So far so good! After using it I am several degrees hotter (in temp) lol it definitely gets the blood flowing and circulation pumping! After using it I noticed reduced pain when walking, this will definitely help in mobility! So far Iโve only used the programmed settings and I love it! I like that it goes back and forth between different vibrations. I will be using this every day!

Fantastic Sturdy Machine
Okay, I am giving it 5 Stars to start and if I find problems I will change it. This is day one for me. I got it to help with Fibro pain, I am almost couch bound. So I need something to help keep me moving. Everyone in my house has tried it as well. We tried the oscillating(up&down) feature at the lowest speed. All of us felt it, even at the lowest setting for one minute each was tiring. I also tried just the vibration feature, which didn't move the machine, but I felt it went very deep, more so than oscillating. But I have some cervical instability and felt it might not be the best setting for me. With oscillating you can bend your knees slightly and you barely feel it in your neck. I did try up to a speed of 10 and felt that was still okay for me. They do have a side to side feature but I didn't try it. There is the ability to do each setting by itself or 2 together or all 3. My dad tried all 3, it is tiring. He made it to 7mins at the lowest setting. I like all the options. Everything right now is saying that this could be very good for everyone in the house. I have heard to get the best benefits, you need to get to around 20-40hz. In the vibration setting, that is around 10-15speed and in oscillating that would be between 20-40speed. Those will start contracting deep muscles without you consciously doing it yourself. The lower levels help with lymphatic and relaxation etc. So it will take a bit to get to those speeds, if I can. But I have heard great things on all my facebook groups for fibro. Many people use it to help with pain. If I remember, I will update along the way. It is a very sturdy machine and being able to handle up to 500lbs, make it great for heavier people or using with weights. The only thing it didn't come with and I am disappointed is the mat. At first I didn't think I would need it, as I wasn't going to be working out. But then I learned you can put it on top for more comfort when doing different positions and also as a sound dampener if you place the machine on top. Which is very helpful at higher speeds. So that is a disappointment. I have seen that many people didn't get it. I will contact the company and see what they say. If they do send me the missing mat, I will update this. I will keep the stars the same as the machine is great. Hope this helps someone.
