Amazing
I bought this to upgrade from a 6mm mat I had from when I began yoga. This is fantastically slim for amazing ground feel and helps perfect balance stances. Rolls up very compactly and the cork is a great non slip surface.

A bit thinner than expected but works
Ordered based on a few reviews. I found it a bit thinner than expected. It's a travelling spare mat for me as I have one, I use at home. Main issue is that it tends to curl a bit when you doing some poses.
